All orders are fulfilled through UPS. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses and are not responsible for returned orders shipped to P. O. Box addresses.
Orders take approximately 2-3 days to be shipped and should arrive in 4-7 business days. You may experience longer order processing and arrival times during sales, holidays and high volume periods. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Currently we only ship to Canada and we’re excited to expand internationally in the future.
Yes we do! All orders $75 and above ship free! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders below $75 and could vary depending on your delivery location.
There are multiple options available! Once you place an order, an order confirmation will be sent to you followed by a shipping confirmation when your order ships. You can also check the status of your order on your Account page and as well as download the Shop (by Shopify) app to track your order in real time.
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours at email@example.com. After the 24 hour window, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
