Our Happiness Guarantee Return Policy gives you 30 days from the day of receipt to return a package. If for any reason you’re not loving your Krivée products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for gift cards, tampered with and used products.
To complete your return, please send an email to email@example.com, detailing the reason for the return, with a picture and the order number. We will be happy to assist with a complimentary return label. It is important that you contact us before you send in a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to our team ahead of time.
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept returns for kits, sets and bundles if ALL of the pieces of the kit, set or bundle are included in the return and meet our eligible items list.
If you redeemed a complimentary or promotional item with your purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.
Once your return is received, we will process a refund to the mode of payment used. Refunds vary by date of receipt depending on your bank. Please allow 10-14 days after a refund is processed for funds to reflect in your account.
