Due to the nature of our products and to ensure maximum efficacy and product safety, our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

- Products with open packages, tampered with or broken seals
To complete your return, please send an email to our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing the reason for the return, with a picture of the damage (if applicable) and the receipt number. Our Team will be happy to assist with a complimentary return label for returns that meet our policy requirements. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed, otherwise we will not be able to authorize the full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the mode of payment used. Refunds vary by date of receipt depending on your bank. Please allow 10-14 days after a refund is processed for funds to reflect in your account.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Kits, Sets & Bundle items
Kits, sets and bundles are only eligible for returns if all of the pieces of the kit, set or bundle are included in the return.
Complimentary promotional items
If you redeemed a complimentary promotional item with purchase, please be aware that this item will need to be returned along with the other returned items.
